Rules

Usage: My themes, premades, and scripts are not to be used as a base for other works. Scripts are designed to integrate with the themes.
Personal Use: You can use purchased premades or scripts on as many sites as you wish, provided they are your own. You may not gift or share copies with others; they must purchase their own copy.
Ownership: Do not claim any of my designs or code as your own.
Support Limits: Post-collaboration assistance is limited strictly to the design or script purchased from me (e.g., fixing bugs or ensuring it works as intended). I do not provide support for learning how to use WordPress or Coppermine. Furthermore, I do not offer assistance, fixes, or modifications for themes and templates created by other designers.
Availability: I do not have fixed working hours. I provide assistance whenever I am at my computer. If I don’t reply right away, don’t panic; I will get back to you as soon as possible via email.
Conduct & Mutual Respect: Respect is vital for a professional relationship. Any breach of this—such as sharing private conversations (DMs) in public places or verbal abuse—will result in a permanent ban from my store and services.
Non-Payment Policy: If you order a service and fail to pay, you will be given a maximum of three chances. After the third time, you will be permanently banned from ordering further services.

Methods: PayPal and Ko-fi.com.
Currency: All prices are in EURO. You can use online currency converters to check current exchange rates.
Fees: Prices are listed excluding transaction fees. A fixed fee will be added to the total to cover PayPal/transaction costs, ensuring the final amount covers the service.
Refund Policy: Refunds for digital products will not be issued and cannot be appealed. You acknowledge that once you have a copy of a digital product, it cannot be “returned.”
Exceptions: A refund will only be issued if it is verified that you never received the download link. I can verify the status of the download through your account.
Site Sales/Transfers: If you sell or “adopt out” your fansite, you are required to remove any of my scripts or premades before the transfer, as the purchase is personal and non-transferable.

Image Quality & Style: Please provide High Quality or medium quality photos (no stamps/100×100). I do not accept or work with sexually explicit or “NSFW” content. I work exclusively in my own style and do not replicate the work of other designers.
Payment Terms
1. Full Packages (Graphics + Coding): Full payment is required after you receive and approve the header preview. You have 14 days to complete the payment.
2. Upfront Services: Full payment is required upfront (via website or Ko-fi) before work begins for:
  — Graphic-Only or Coding-Only orders.
  — Content Pages & Script Setup (Career, Video, Press, Awards, Discography).
  — Technical tasks (Hosting moves, Coppermine optimization, Sidebar/Icons).
Deadlines: For full packages, payment is due within 14 days of the preview. I typically complete orders within 7 days of approval/payment; if I cannot meet this deadline, I will offer a full refund or cancellation.
Legal & Privacy: You must include a copyright disclaimer on your site for any images used. To accept your request, the Secret Word is simone (case sensitive), and GDPR agreement are mandatory.
Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse any order at my discretion without providing a reason.
