FAQ – Technical Support

Can I use a theme on more than one site?
Yes, once you purchase a theme, you can use it on as many of your own sites as you wish. However, the license is personal: you may not share or install the theme on sites belonging to others.

Are PSD files included with the themes?
PSD files (for headers or other elements) may or may not be included in the .zip file. Please check the specific Theme Details page for each product to see if they are listed as part of the package.

Can I customize the theme?
Absolutely! You are free to customize the theme to your liking. The only requirement is that the credits in the footer must remain intact and visible.

Why does adding a widget mess up my layout?
This usually happens if a widget is added without a Title. Please ensure that every widget has a title assigned; otherwise, it may cause the content area to shift or display incorrectly.

I see an error message or layout issues after installation.
Depending on the age of the layout, it may require specific plugins for full functionality (such as pagination or sliders). While my modern themes include custom built-in code, older designs may rely on external plugins. Please check the readme.txt file (if any) or the specific theme description on the store for a list of recommended or required plugins.

My menu links are not appearing.
Our themes utilize the native WordPress Menu system. Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus, create your menu, and ensure the “Header Menu” (or primary location) box is checked before saving.

My Coppermine theme shows no styling (CSS).
If you have changed the name of the theme folder, you must also update the folder path within the template.html links to the CSS file.
