Of course automatic backups are wonderful but sometimes, too many times, not as much efficient as doing it manually by yourself.
And it really takes 1 minute!

First we need to log into PHPMyAdmin, when there the first thing to do is to click on Export on top.

From there you go on Custom

Scroll down to Compress and from the dropdown menu select gzipped

And finally to the bottom the Export button and save in a safe place, possibly an island surrounded by sharks (this part is optional and not a requirement).
